There are many challenges to running a clan. These guidelines will help you as well as the Immortals to make a strong clan. Make sure you spend time during this stage as it is the most important part of any clan.
Current Clan Requirements:
1 |
All founder members of a new clan must be level 200, or at least second mort. At least three active members will be required to start a clan. These should be players who are already participating with the RP in the Realm. There is no cost involved with starting up a clan, but these requirements will have to be met. New clannies joining after the clan has started can be of any level but must be RPflagged before they can join, founding members must also be RPflagged. |
2 |
The following help files must be submitted complete, spell checked and in orderly fashion:
These three documents should be thorough, and complete, as the decision as to whether you will be granted clan status will be based upon them. |
3 |
Submit a clan color code no longer than 9 letters to be shown on the who board. |
4 |
Clans must decide either an active or passive stance on PK. All clan leaders run the risk of being killed and must therefore be PK at all times. |
5 |
Once approved a clan must submit descriptions for their clan hall rooms, along with the details on the clans starting EQ. Along with the location the clan wishes to locate their clan hall. |
6 |
All ideas must be original and must not mimic other clans. We reserve the right to refuse any clan application for any reason. Note all clan applications to Immortal. Once approved, all files relating to the clan will be noted to Immortal in order to be added. |
7 |
Once a clan is started, it will require a minimum of 3 active clan members in order to keep clan status. Any clan not meeting this requirement, will be given 3 days to correct the shortfall, or they will lose clan status entirely, and permanently. |
8 |
If a clan loses its status, then all Clan EQ, and Clan Gems will be returned to the Immortals. |
